Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order for a full refund within 24 hrs of placing it by sending an email to central.operations@gmail.com

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but you may still return or exchange it.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Refund or exchange of an item due to fit, colour or size will be subject to a 30 day Refund and Exchange policy as follows:

Return:

  • 80% of purchase price refunded to facilitate a re-stocking fee
  • Customer pays cost of shipping
  • Original packaging must be included

Exchange:

  • One-time exchange per item
  • Customer pays cost of shipping
  • Original packaging must be included
  • If value of exchanged frame is more than value of originally purchased frame, the customer pays the difference
  • If the value of the exchanged frame is lower than the value of the originally purchased frame, then the customer has the option to receive a credit for the price difference or receive an in-house store credit

Return of an item due to damage or incorrect product:

  • Once the reported issue is confirmed upon our evaluation, we will replace the product free of charge.
  • Incorrect or damaged products must be returned within 15 days of receipt in the exact condition in which they were received.

This policy does not cover your accidental damage.

Warranty on Goods

We offer a 1 yr warranty to cover defects in your frame that could be eligible for warranty, such as:

  • Broken nose pads
  • Broken hinges
  • Oxidation
  • Discolouration
  • Frame stripping

The following are not covered

  • Effects of excessive exposure to heat or cold
  • Effects of prolonged exposure to water
  • Effects of rough handling
  • Effects of improper cleaning
